Role And Responsibilities
Were looking for a versatile engineer who loves building ambitious products powered by AI. Youll be joining at the ground level, helping shape the direction of both the technology and the user experience. This isnt a role for someone who just wants to ship tickets its for someone who wants to create entirely new ways for people to interact with intelligent systems.
Youll move fast, prototype boldly, and care deeply about how real people use what you build. Whether its wiring up a new agent behavior, optimizing backend performance, or crafting a fluid user interface youll be hands-on across the stack.
What Youll Do
- Build from scratch Architect and ship new features end-to-end, from backend systems to polished interfaces.
- Work with intelligence Design intuitive ways for users to interact with LLMs and agent-like behaviors.
- Experiment relentlessly Prototype, test, and iterate quickly based on real usage and feedback.
- Collaborate deeply Partner with product, design, and research to turn big ideas into practical tools.
- Own your impact Take full responsibility for your work, from conception to deployment and beyond.
What You Bring
- AI product experience Youve worked with language models or built AI-powered features in real products.
- Full-stack skills Strong with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and at least one modern frontend framework (React, Vue, etc).
- Product sense You think beyond the code and care about the user experience and how things feel.
- Startup energy Youre comfortable with ambiguity, fast changes, and wearing multiple hats.
- Systems thinking Youve built systems that scale, and know how to balance scrappiness with long-term design.
Bonus Points
- Built or contributed to open-source AI tools or libraries
- Shipped personal AI projects that show creativity and initiative
- Experience with agent frameworks or fine-tuning models
- A portfolio or demo that shows what youre capable of
